Welcome to our new blog. I say "our" to convey the joint energy and effort this blog will be receiving from myself (Mama Holle) and my best friend (Mama Sara).
Right now neither of us run. Except if someone is chasing us. Or if a small child is entering the street.
I (Mama Holle) have done running before, but every fall/winter/spring (what the hay, throw summer in there too!), I lose my motivation. I lose ground. And then I lose the ability to fit into the clothes I bought while I was running. And then I have to start over.
I'm starting over. Here's my first goal:
* On Thursday, April 30th, I will run/walk for 40 minutes.
Disclaimer: I will be on a Florida vacation until Tuesday, then have an all-day field trip with my darlingest daughter on Wednesday, and my awesome husband Chris (who refuses all efforts of mine to engage him in some wager related to running) wll be out of town. So the soonest I can complete this running goal is Thursday, April 30th.
